Over the past 25 years, Ted has led over 200+ teams through business operations process improvement, utilizing Six Sigma and QAPI principles.   He has guided operations teams through data collection, root cause analysis and process re-engineering.   By integrating data collection and statistical analysis, teams are empowered to identify challenges and develop corrective actions.

Ted has worked with senior leadership teams to align their data and reporting with their company's strategic plan.   He has developed dozens of measurement systems and management dashboards, enabling businesses to recognize and control critical KPIs and processes.

Ted demonstrates proficiency in comprehending process and team dynamics, as well as in statistical data analysis, measurement systems, and dashboard development - a rare combination.
